Proplify is built to be used without an account. We collect as little data as possible.

What we collect

Proplify does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the calculators or read the guides. The numbers you enter into calculators are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to our servers.

We may collect basic, anonymous usage data through server logs: pages visited, referring URL, browser type, and approximate location (country level). This data cannot identify you personally.

Cookies

Proplify does not set any cookies. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no session cookies. The site is completely cookieless. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard web server logs (IP address, request time, page URL) as part of its hosting service. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or advertising service.

Lead form

If you voluntarily submit your contact information through a lead form (for example, to request a lender connection), that information is stored securely and used solely to facilitate the connection you requested. We do not sell or share your contact information with unrelated third parties.

Your rights

You can use Proplify without providing any personal data. If you have submitted information through a form and want it deleted, contact us and we will remove it promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date.
